The Takumi project is a prime example of a “portfolio building project.” It originated from a collaboration with Snappy, a digital UX firm that works with local restaurants.
Leveraging B-roll and BTS footage from the Snappy shoot, I crafted an edit for the Takumi crew (who didn’t know that’s what I was doing) and gave it to them as a gift for their socials and website. It beautifully illustrates how paying it forward opens new opportunities, hones skills, and engenders positive connections. Plus, I’m stoked with how the video turned out!
